hi im from abroad,but before i live in binabalian bolinao pangasinan.i want to care of this mesge to mayor bolinao.i want this messge to deliver to barangay captain of binabalian….pls deliver this urgently..cos this fucking barangay captain in binabalian is not deserved to be barangay captain cos hes fucking ashholed.for me is not pair the justice that you needed.like for example,the person i know in binabalian she is seeking justice that her neighbor beat her or physical abuse.but instead he will go to the side of the complainant.he go with the side of the abuser.is not really… being a captain in one barangay.you have to care your people.cos the people are one who put you in that position.pls aware of barangay cptain.he is not deserve to be barangay captain.he is very unfair in justice.i wrote to you mayor so nid your follow up about this.the barangay captain is jany caasi,,,,
